Mind Inferno Tech LLC provides technology services and consulting including but not limited to: web design and development, hosting and infrastructure management, business automation, video editing, marketing audits, AI implementation, and AI consulting. The specific scope of services for any engagement is determined through a formal proposal or statement of work agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
All quotes and proposals are custom to the specific project scope discussed during the consultation process. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. A project begins only after both parties have agreed to a written proposal or statement of work and the client has provided the required deposit or payment.
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or statement of work for each engagement. In general, projects require a deposit prior to work commencing, with the balance due upon completion or as outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payment obligations are not met.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them under the project agreement, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to use non-confidential project work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and accounts required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and costs.
Mind Inferno Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
